Executive Assistant:

Description: Hult Prize Leadership Team is looking for an Executive Assistant that will set and manage the daily schedule of one or two Executives. The Executive Assistant will also perform calendar management, client relations, arrange travel plans, organize global meetings, and event planning. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator – verbally and written, highly organized and that is willing to be coached to improve effectiveness.

 

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Full-time position with 3 months contract probationary period, to be extended on performance.

Program Regional Analyst:

Description: Hult Prize Global Team is looking for a communication specialist to be leading on the planning, execution and management of the Hult Prize On Campus Program strategies in specific assigned regions. Duties will include recruiting, training, supporting and communicating with Campus Directors from assigned region throughout the program’s cycle.

Start Date: March 1st 2020

Job Description:

  • Developing strategies to reach On Campus Program’s goals and KPIs in the assigned regions.
  • Recruiting, training, tracking and communicating with Campus Directors from the assigned region. 
  • Recruiting, training, tracking and communicating with Community Builders leading programs in their countries from the assigned region.
  • Assisting in the global recruitment of Campus Directors and the completion of their Programs with a specific focus on the assigned region.
  • Assisting in the organization of on-site training for Hult Prize Campus Directors and competitors from the assigned region.
  • Establishing direct communication with different On Campus program stakeholders from the assigned region.
  • Supporting Campus Directors, on a regular basis, to ensure the correct execution of their Programs.
  • Reporting regularly about project progress against forecast.
  • Developing, coordinating and implementing project tasks and activities.
  • Executing the Hult Prize internship program in the assigned region and ensuring a great learning experience for the interns.

Project Manager – Global Operations

Description: Hult Prize global team is looking for a Project Manager position to be supporting our Leadership Team on the management of mega projects working with entrepreneurs from all around the world. Working on global operations for very interesting projects and help with management of initiatives inside the organization.

Duration: 3 Months with possibility to extend to 12 Months.

Type of contract: Part time or full time

Locations: Mexico City

What do we offer you:

  • The Project Manager will assist in the planning, organizing, and execution process for Hult Prize global events and products.
  • Project Manager will assist in the planning, organizing, and execution process for Hult Prize global events and products.
  • Project Manager coordinates with local Campus Directors, University administration, and on-campus operational staff to plan for Regional events.
  • Project Manager assists in the recruitment and training of Campus Directors participating in the planning and execution of the Regional program.
  • Project Manager develops, coordinates and implements project tasks and activities assigned and supported by Client and designated representatives by the Client.
  • Project Manager supports in the transition from On-Campus to Regionals to Accelerator to Global Finals. 6. The Independent Contractor assists in the organization and execution of the Hult Prize Accelerator product as the main point of contact “community manager” for the student cohort.
  • Project Manager assists in the planning and development of local (North and South America) and global regional events and activities. This includes activities around project planning, stakeholder management, and budget reporting.
  • Project Manager will submit expense reports for any approved costs that support the execution of Hult Prize products. All expenses must be approved by the Client or designated representatives of the Client.
