Job Description Head of Sales – Hult Prize Foundation.

The Role:

In the role of Hult Prize Head of Sales, you will work on developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the Hult Prize Foundation global programs, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product development, and taking responsibility for the Hult Prize products performance against targets. You will be supported by a local and global team of staff and volunteers. Your work will provide you with a deep understanding of the operations side of the world’s biggest movement for impact in universities. In the role, you will find yourself at the core of the Hult Prize global expansion, working in a tightly knit, high-paced, entrepreneurial organization with a mission to change the world through innovative business. As the Hult Prize Head of Sales, you will be a part of an organization trying to solve the world’s most difficult problems.


You are an  entrepreneurial  self-starter  with  a  strong  drive  to  succeed  and  deliver  on  time. You have great  attention  to  detail,  you  quickly  learn  new  things  and  you  enjoy  being challenged in  your  work  and  your  aim  is  to  grow  professionally  every  day.  You  have excellent command  of  Microsoft  Office  and  if  English  is  not  your  mother  tongue,  you  feel  as  comfortable  communicating  in  English  as  in  your  native  language.  You  are a collaborative  communicator,  and  you  may  have  previous  experience   and   understanding of how to create and improve sales targets and performance. 


Primary Job Functions:

In your role as a Head of Sales, you will support the Hult Prize Foundation expansion through the development, implementation and execution of the following:

  • Develop weekly / monthly / annual sale targets for Hult Prize products
  • Manage the global sales calendar in regards to setting priorities inclusive of launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Perform regular reporting of sales progress against forecast
  • Potential partner navigation
  • Develop, coordinate and implement project tasks and activitiesMarketing and Promotion
  • Offline Marketing including print and events
  • Online Marketing including website, social media and emailRequired Skills:
  • Strong passion for social impact through business and youth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).

Project Manager – Global Operations

Description: Hult Prize global team is looking for a Project Manager position to be supporting our Leadership Team on the management of mega projects working with entrepreneurs from all around the world. Working on global operations for very interesting projects and help with management of initiatives inside the organization.

Duration: 3 Months with possibility to extend to 12 Months.

  • The Project Manager will assist in the planning, organizing, and execution process for Hult Prize global events and products.
  • Project Manager will assist in the planning, organizing, and execution process for Hult Prize global events and products.
  • Project Manager coordinates with local Campus Directors, University administration, and on-campus operational staff to plan for Regional events.
  • Project Manager assists in the recruitment and training of Campus Directors participating in the planning and execution of the Regional program.
  • Project Manager develops, coordinates and implements project tasks and activities assigned and supported by Client and designated representatives by the Client.
  • Project Manager supports in the transition from On-Campus to Regionals to Accelerator to Global Finals. 6. The Independent Contractor assists in the organization and execution of the Hult Prize Accelerator product as the main point of contact “community manager” for the student cohort.
  • Project Manager assists in the planning and development of local (North and South America) and global regional events and activities. This includes activities around project planning, stakeholder management, and budget reporting.
  • Project Manager will submit expense reports for any approved costs that support the execution of Hult Prize products. All expenses must be approved by the Client or designated representatives of the Client.
