We believe in the experience of older adults, who are currently unemployed or with an unfair job. Our platform prepares them through apprenticeships and reinserts them into a labor network

MasterJob is a startup that will help more than 800,000 seniors in our country and more than 1.5 million in the rest of the world. Our main focus is to train them through an UpsKilling and Reskilling teaching that will help them qualify to apply in our labor network, made up of companies willing to be included and that respect our policies. Our web platform is designed to foster capacity, encouragement and motivation in older adults as well as to consider all the details (font size option, tutorials, etc) for the older adult.
